Peppers popping

Lots of seedlings sprouted overnight. Harvested the cherry tomatoes to clean out the A20, and moved some of the other units around. Found a couple more hydro habaneros in the GOE. Cleaning up the megagarden to receive the seedlings tomorrow.

Been on RO so long

Three days now, and the plants seem to love it! Six gallons of 330 ppm go in, five gallons of 450 ppm come out and one gallon of 000. Plumbing leaks a little but that's probably because I installed the unit. Anyway this is nice ... should have switched a long time ago.

Hot but not safe

Yesterday winter prevailed. This morning summer pushes back. Winter's supposed to strike back this afternoon. Hope we don't lose power again.

Speaking of hot, meet the Dorset Naga, the world's newest hottest pepper:

Another of the rose cuttings made it, hooray! Found a few more cherry tomatoes also, even though that experiment to date is largely a leafy, non-fruity, failure.

Coming Up Roses

One of the cuttings has a big fat taproot, hooray! Transferred its pellet to the megagarden to grow some serious roots. Another of the cuttings looks sick, with yellow leaves like the other. I may pull it tomorrow for an autopsy.

Movin' on pup

Two pups moved to the Big Bowl of Bromeliads. The other planted separately (makes 2 and 2).

Spray-soaked The Egg.
