... roses! Five years ago when the store opened, the goal was to produce hydroponic roses.

New Nest for the BOP

Well today the Bird of Paradise just fell over - punched its 5" net cup through the top of the planter of ease and tipped over. Two hours later, I managed to remove most of the old net cups and clean out the planter. The new 10" net cup fits well enough but now the rootball is held up higher and is that much more unstable. Some sort of brace will have to be built.

In other news, the rose cuttings are getting ready to bloom in hydro. First habanero crop came in at six peppers.
