Bromeliads for the New Year

Yes it's been awhile. "I've been busy!"

Finally! After waiting for (what feels like and probably is) years one of the bromeliad pups is sending up a shoot. This particular plant sat under the geranium for the longest time and all sorts of discarded blossoms filled its cup.

On the odd chance the plant uses this detritus to manufacture new blooms I've started plopping some into the other pups.
